Controller comes with 2 x O2 Bypass OX-025. Your stock O2 connections need to be disconnected and the bypasses installed.

LED's on the AFR gauge flashing for several minutes after shutting off your bike is NORMAL. The ECU is performing diagnostic checks and providing power to the injectors. Dobeck EFI controllers power-up through the injector connection and therefore will display lights during the diagnostic period.
